Teams

This is your opportunity to get competitive.

We have 3 teams who compete in BUCS leagues. The teams compete against other universities in competitions held across the year to qualify for regional finals.

The BUCS equestrian programme is unique in equestrianism as all riders must compete on borrowed horses. This removes a barrier to participation as students do not need to own a horse. We compete in both dressage and show jumping with the combined scores making up the final result.

A Team

Our A team compete in the Championship league 3. In this league they compete against St Andrews and Robert Gordon University.

B Team

Our B team compete in the BUCS trophy league 4. In this league they compete against St Andrews, Dundee and Strathclyde.

C Team

Our C team competes in the BUCS trophy league 3. In this league they compete against Stirling, Strathclyde and Edinburgh.
